Return policy

1. Return conditions

Customers can only request returns and refunds in the following cases:

  • The customer paid but did not receive the product.
  • The product is defective or damaged during transportation.
  • TIENDAT Solar delivers the wrong product to the Customer (eg: wrong size, wrong color, etc.).
  • The product customers receive is clearly different from the information provided by TIENDAT Solar in the product description.
  • TIENDAT Solar has agreed and agreed to let the Customer return the goods (however, TIENDAT Solar will need TIENDAT Solar to reconfirm these agreements).

>>> All return-refund requests must be made on TIENDAT Solar’s Website.
>>> TIENDAT Solar always carefully reviews each Customer’s return/refund request and reserves the right to make a final decision on such request based on the above regulations and  according to TIENDAT’s Terms of Service Solar.

2. Do not change your purchasing intention

– Except as mentioned in this Return Policy, returns due to the Customer changing his or her intention to purchase will not be accepted.

3. Condition of returned goods

– To limit problems related to returns, customers should note that they must return the product including all accompanying accessories, if any, and the product must be in the same condition as when received. TIENDAT Solar encourages Customers to take photos of the product immediately upon receipt for future reference/complaint evidence if necessary.

4. Return costs

– TIENDAT Solar và Khách hàng cần thống nhất về việc ai sẽ là người chịu phí vận chuyển đối với hàng trả lại.
Lưu ý: Hiện tại, TIENDAT Solar chưa hỗ trợ phí vận chuyển cũng như thương lượng phí vận chuyển trả hàng cho đơn hàng khiếu nại.

5. Refunds for Returned Goods

– TIENDAT Solar will only refund the Customer when TIENDAT Solar confirms receipt of the returned Goods. In case TIENDAT Solar does not respond within the pre-specified time period, TIENDAT Solar will automatically refund the Customer without further notice. For more information about TIENDAT Solar’s response deadline, please click here. Depending on the circumstances, refunds will be transferred to the Customer’s nominated credit card/bank account.
Note: For COD orders, it is the Customer’s responsibility to provide bank account information to receive the refund.

6. Communication between TIENDATSOLAR.VN and customers

– TIENDAT Solar encourages Users to contact each other to negotiate in advance when any problems arise during the transaction; Therefore, customers should proactively contact TIENDAT Solar when there are any problems related to the order.
